Covalix manufactures low-cost rubber compounds engineered to bond into a COVAL-ent matr-IX (COVALIX) of natural and styrene-butadiene rubber-based compounds.  Our proprietary process produces a fully-accelerated rubber compound that will covalently bond under normal heat and pressure with a customer's uncured rubber compound.  Our products will extend the customer's compound while simultaneously maintaining quality and lowering the cost of the final fully-accelerated compound.  

Covalix also offers pre-weighed cure packages for rubber mixing.  These are offered in low-melt, inclusion bags.

Typical consumer goods manufactured from our products include tires (on-road, off-road, industrial), belts (automotive and conveyor), and shoe soles.​​​​​​​
